THE COMMISSION PROCESS

Byamba’s commission process is straightforward:

1. To get started, fill in the Commission Enquiry Form on this page. Byamba will reply within 3-5 working days.

2. Once Byamba knows exactly what you are after, he will send you a price quote.

3. After the quote has been accepted in writing (email), a 50% deposit is required. Work will commence on the concept/draft upon receipt of payment.

4. Byamba will email you a draft to show you the composition and colours for your artwork.

5. Any revisions or changes that do not necessitate a higher price quote can be made.

6. After the draft has been finalised, the painting begins. When you are happy with the finished artwork, the balance on the invoice is paid and the work will be shipped (or collected/delivered, within Ulaanbaatar).

Worldwide shipping of the canvas in a rigid tube can be arranged; this may take 3-8 weeks from Mongolia.

Prices

Commissions are quoted according to how much time it would take to complete; the bigger and more complex an artwork, the more it will cost. Quotes will include a concept fee, materials and shipping.
